Graymist is the mother of Mallownose and Sneezecloud, Sneezecloud and Havenpelt are mates, with their kits being Fognose and Splashtail. Mallownose and Petalfur are the parents of Jayclaw, Owlnose, and Brackenpelt. Icewing and Mintfur are the parents of Beetlewhisker, Grasspelt, Pricklekit, Petalfur, Nightsky, and Breezeheart.

bluepaw, brightpaw, and dewpaw die.

barkpaw, bluepaw (yes, there are two again), rootpaw, sprucepaw, and stonepaw are apprenticed to firflower, shadepelt, mallowtail, stonefur, and voletooth.

minnowkit, pebblekit, and tumblekit are born to dawnflower and reedwhisker.

finally, showerpaw loses her vision on her left side.
