New Zealand SFO clears Greywolf Mining Resources NL over administration error
Edward Lancaster, Chairman of Greywolf Resources NL was delighted that the investigation into the company by the New Zealand SFO had been concluded quickly and without any further action to be taken. The company was initially contacted by the office to answer a query regarding and administration error on a piece of paperwork.The company had assisted the investigators who were satisfied with the answers provided. Edward Lancaster of Greywolf Mining Resources NL yesterday announced on the company website that Director of Mining Operations – Northern Territory, Mr Michael Lancaster had resigned from his position to take his retirement. Mr Lancaster had been active in the exploration of the company’s tenements in the area. His departure comes at a time when the board is undergoing significant changes.
