Gary Gu joins Greywolf Resources in China

Dehong Yu, CEO of Greywolf Mining Resources has employed Gary Gu, previously based in China to head Greywolf Resources NL, Chinese business development team.  Edward Lancaster, Chairman of Greywolf Resources NL, welcomed Gary Gu, who is bilingual. “This is a good move for the company as we strengthen our ties with Chinese mining businesses, we see Gary as a valuable addition to our team” said Mr Lancaster.

New Zealand SFO clears Greywolf Mining Resources NL over administration error

Edward Lancaster, Chairman of Greywolf Resources NL was delighted that the investigation into the company by the New Zealand SFO had been concluded quickly and without any further action to be taken.  The company was initially contacted by the office to answer a query regarding and administration error on a piece of paperwork.The company had assisted the investigators who were satisfied with the answers provided.  Mr Lancaster stated, “I feel that it is important that all businesses were answerable to government bodies and I was pleased with the outcome of the investigation”.

Edward Lancaster Announces Retirement

Edward Lancaster of Greywolf Mining Resources NL yesterday announced on the company website that Director of Mining Operations – Northern Territory, Mr Michael Lancaster had resigned from his position to take his retirement.  Mr Lancaster had been active in the exploration of the company’s tenements in the area.  His departure comes at a time when the board is undergoing significant changes.

Greywolf Resources executives to attend 2013 International Gold Mining Conference, China

Dehong Yu and Edward Lancaster of Greywolf Mining Resources NL, based in Sydney Australia were one of a large group of Mining Company executives invited to attend the 2013 International Gold Mining Conference to be held in Zhaoyuan, China on June 21st.  They confirmed that the conference was a major part of their upcoming trip to Mainland China and they were looking forward to the event.

Greywolf Resources should undergo major restructure, says Chairman

Greywolf Mining Resources Chairman Edward Lancaster confirmed today to his Board of Directors that he felt that the company should undergo a major restructure in order to take advantage of renewed interest by major Chinese mining companies in the rare earth minerals currently underdeveloped in exploration in Australia.
