Let The Dead Rest
Do not speak to me about my father.
The dead do not return,
No matter how much you speak of them.
Stop speaking of memories of the dead.
Let the dead rest.
The same goes for me.
False Deity
You did not die as a God,
But your death made you one.
My Funeral II.
I do not care how I die.
But If I had a choice,
I want to go out as angry as I lived.
Searing my death into the world itself.
Leaving an angry, red scar on Her,
Just like She did to me.
My Funeral I.
When I die,
Let this body rot.
Let the Earth reclaim me,
Let the animals devour me,
Let the fungi grow from me.
Just because I am no longer using this body,
Does not mean I will let nature starve.
Dead Inside
You might have been the one to die,
But I was the one that lost my life.
Grieving Ghosts
I can fill a book with poetry about how much I miss you.
Terrible Choices
One day I will no longer grieve you.
That will be the day that I forget you.
I am not sure which is lonelier.
