Originally, Kenobi was alone, he was not with the Republic, and Grievous was going to END the Jedi’s life then and there.
However, things turned out quite differently than he expected. For instance, Kenobi managed to destroy two of his cybernetic hands... meaning he lost two of his lightsabers before the Republic managed to come. show up.
He couldn’t fight off the whole legion alone, not with out his armies right behind him, and not with two of his lightsabers now destroyed.
However, he would still take on this particular Jedi for his own reasons of revenge.
“Army or not, you must realize you are doomed.”
His eyes narrowed slightly as Kenobi said in his usual tone ... full of too much pride, “Oh, I don’t think so.”
It was then that Kenobi used the Force to blast Grievous into a rafter before falling down to the floor, but luckily he was able to land on the ground with all of his legs and two cybernetic feet combined so he wouldn’t actually get any more hurt than he was.
It was then that he made his way into his transport, he pushed a few keys, and then he was off.
It was an... advancement in another direction as he traveled through the city.
He hoped Kenobi wasn’t following him, but he was...
The fool was going to still come after him? Foolish, even for Kenobi as he glanced to the side - He was right BESIDE him on some sort of animal.
As such, Grievous pulled out his electro-staff, and soon after... some pulling on Kenobi’s part the Jedi took it.
Then, the staff was slammed several times into the transport as if trying to get it to stop... oh, it was a foolish move.
Such a foolish move as Grievous moved to yank Kenobi off the beast, and now...
NOW he was holding on to Grievous’s back, trying to yank him off the transport he was on.
A deep growl escaped him as he moved to fire his blaster at Kenobi, but he couldn’t get the aim right from where Kenobi was..
Luckily, both Kenobi and Grievous were flung out of the transport, and now were both on the ground. It looked like Kenobi had the staff, and while Grievous had the blaster?
The moment that he got a shot off the blaster was flung out of his hand. He wasn’t happy at all, how could this JEDI get him so defenseless?
It didn’t matter now anyways as the staff hit Grievous several times, it took him back a few steps, but it didn’t really do anything to him. Why was Kenobi such a fool? WHY!?
However, he was soon thrown back to the ground, and the staff ended up getting right in the one area it shouldn’t have been, and it sent a shock through his whole body before he managed to send a kick towards Kenobi.
While Kenobi was done, The General managed to push himself up, and made his way over to the Jedi.
It was then that a literal smack down started, he hit Kenobi two times before throwing him against a speeder of some sort. Of course, than he ended up growling as he stormed forward.
He wasn’t going to LIVE to see another day as he moved to pull Kenobi up my the throat to slam his cybernetic fist into the other’s face.
However, Kenobi moved, and he simply managed to hit the transport instead.
While he was distracted, something happened as Kenobi actually managed to open up his plates that were guarding his organic parts... specifically his heart.
His eyes went wide as he moved to wack Kenobi across the face and send him across the area.
NO ONE WAS GOING TO LOOK AT HIM LIKE THAT!
The General than stormed forward as he moved to kick Kenobi down as he tried to get up - right in the chin. He wasn’t getting up... he wasn’t not now or ever again.
It was then that the General moved to slam his foot down, but Kenobi rolled out of the way..
The fool of a Kenobi then kicked the General only to scream in pain. It pleased Grievous so much to hear his pain... oh, so much as he yanked Kenobi up to throw him across the area they were at.
In truth, he thought he threw him over the side, but just to be sure... Grievous grabbed the electo-staff, and made his way forward.
He had to be sure Kenobi was dead.
It was then that he lifted up the staff to bring it down on Kenobi’s head as there was a shot that came from a blaster... WHERE did he get that?
It got him right inside his plating. Grievous moved to grip himself tightly, he wasn’t believing this was happening, and he couldn’t believe that he was defeated by this JEDI!?
He went to move forward, but then another shot, and another.. he was now on fire as he let out a growl...
He was dying...
How did this happen?
No, he couldn’t have been..
However, it was true as the fires spread through his whole organic matter as he ended up falling on his back..
General Grievous... leader of the Droid Armies of the Confederation of Independent systems was dead.
