These beef burritos on the grill are full of flavor and make a quick and filling meal. Spiced beef steak is grilled until it's done, and then it's wrapped up in a warm tortilla with rice, beans, cheese, and fresh vegetables. When you grill the burritos, the smokiness and crispiness of the outside make them taste great.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded cheese. 1 cup cooked rice. 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Sour cream and salsa for serving.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add thinly sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the beef for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove beef from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and layer with shredded cheese, cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and grilled beef slices. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients. Heat a clean grill pan over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down on the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
