Ingredients: 2 slices of bread. 2 slices of American cheese. 2 tablespoons of butter.
Instructions: Warm up a pan or skillet over medium-low heat. Put the same amount of butter on one side of each piece of bread. Spread butter on one slice of bread and put it in the pan. Place the slices of American cheese on top of the bread in the pan. Butter the top side of the second slice of bread and put it on top. It will take about two to three minutes of cooking until the bottom piece of bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt. Cook the other side of the sandwich until it's golden brown and the cheese is melted, which should take another two to three minutes. Before cutting, take it out of the pan and let it cool for a minute. Enjoy while hot!
