Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1 cup hickory wood chips. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Soak hickory wood chips in water for 30 minutes. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Place soaked wood chips on the grill for smoke. Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165F 75C. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
