QwQ Actually I’ve been asked a couple of times recently so I have been working on a written tutorial and while doing so, I realized that it was super hard to explain things in a written tutorial. This Grilled Nectarine, Blackberry and Halloumi Salad is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors. Ingredients: 2 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted. 1 cup blackberries. 8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced. 6 cups mixed salad greens. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the halloumi slices and nectarine halves after brushing them with olive oil. Put the halloumi slices and nectarines on the grill. Cook for two to three minutes on each side, until they get grill marks and become a little soft. Take the halloumi and nectarines off the grill and let them cool down a bit. Put the mixed greens, blackberries, chopped mint, and chopped basil in a large salad bowl. Cut the grilled nectarine into thin wedges and put them in the salad. Also, add the grilled halloumi slices to the salad. Pour the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad, and then gently toss everything together. Serve the salad right away, and if you want, top it with extra basil and mint. Have fun with your grilled orange, blackberry, and halloumi salad!
