Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce. 1/4 cup orange juice. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional. . .
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the pork chops. Use a whisk to mix sweet chili sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes, if you want to. Save some of the marinade to use as a basting sauce. Pour the marinade over the pork chops in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Make sure the chops are well covered, then seal the bag and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or longer for more flavor. Take the pork chops out of the marinade and throw away the marinade. Grill the pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. For the last few minutes of grilling, baste them with the marinade you saved. Take them off the grill and give them a minute to rest. Cut up some fresh cilantro and serve the Sweet Chili-Orange Grilled Pork Chops with it. These pork chops are juicy and full of flavor. They have just the right amount of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors.
