Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers. Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has a nice char. Baste the skewers with additional BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor. Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
