Trimbal -- “Confidence Boost (Harmonimix)”
This 2012 James Blake produced Trimbal record never got the hype it deserved -- it’s totally on a different level.
Trimbal and James came out with a record last year under the names 1-800-Dinosaur and Trim, which is maybe why I missed it. Anyway, I’m very excited about that record on account of this collaboration.
I think sometimes I have weird ideas about what UK music is because I only listen to really quality multi genre slices of it. Trying to rectify that by, y’know, listening to some UK stuff today, but having very little luck so far. Someday I will understand what two-step, garage and grime are.
