your design for alduin is dope as all fuck it really always bothered me that they didnt even make him noticeably bigger than any other dragon and hes just very spiky but im supposed to be intimidated by him bc people are telling me hes going to literally eat the world

idk if youve seen my full post about the redesign [here] but it has another form too!

my idea to try and resolve that (and what i THINK is a good theory) is that the alduin you see in-game is kind of a draconic aspect of ALDUIN proper, hence why hes so small and not world eating capable. hes going to come back and eat the world no matter what at the end of the kalpa, but not as that tiny little thing.

so like, in my interpretation of the story with my dragonborn, he mostly appears as that lindwormy thing while on tamriel, but then solvej gets to sovengarde and hes this gigantic serpent with no discernable end and shes like. walking thru the mist and his coils are everywhere. he is just so fucking big. (dragonrend forces him back into his aspect form to be defeated)
