Regional Ring of Fire Bottle Release Sunday July 13th
Join us as we celebrate the release of 'REGIONAL RING OF FIRE' a French Saison collab brewed with Bombers BBQ (Munster, IN), Metropolis Coffee Co. (Chicago, IL) and Grindhouse Cafe (Griffith, IN). 'REGIONAL RING OF FIRE' is brewed with malt smoked by Bombers BBQ and Organic Ethiopia Sidamo Quto Suke coffee from Metropolis Coffee Co. This Saison has a complex smokiness, subtle coffee tones and peppery notes. Their will be a two bottle limit, and each bottle will be $11. 18th Street's Chef Virgie is going to make tacos w queso fresco, pickled onions, and cilantro. There will be Pulled Pork (w/pork from Bombers), Pulled Chicken, and Veggie tacos available, and Grindhouse is going to bring coffee...and of course, we’ll have the beer- it's gonna be the 'BOMB'.
