Is it true that "to save mikasa and armin" line wasn't sent by Eren but belongs to Grisha? Everyone keeps telling me that Isayama confirmed this memory was by Grisha, not Eren.
No, it’s still not been confirmed either way, it’s anyone’s guess if it’s Eren’s or Grisha’s memory.
I personally think it might have been Grisha sending it back to Kruger after seeing Eren’s future, probably when he decided to pass his titans to Eren. But it could as well have been Eren sending it to Kruger so that Grisha would know to remind Eren of what he needs to do (control the powers).
Or someone else, still, who knows. ;)
