Groovy Train:

After Fleetway Super sonic loses his memory he goes and looks for a job. He finds the groovey train which is run by Ebony and Pyajama. After the biohazard (not to be confused with the biolizard) attacks and they learn Super's past they give him a job at the Groovey train. Ebony and Pyajama bacislly become Super's moms who are doing as good of a job they can. They do their best to prevent Super from becomeing evil again. in the end they Super need chaos energy to live but it makes him become evil again and Ebony has to fuse Super back into Sonic. Its so tragic I love them <3

The Farm / Groovy train

Auf geht’s in eine neue Runde des Life´s too short for weird music Jahresspezial- „1990 – what a year!“. Die nächste Woche fokussiert den Blick auf Dance-Music in vielerlei Facetten, denn 1990 war ein gutes Jahr für Dance. An der Schnittstelle von Indie-Pride und House bzw. Rave entwickelten sich unglaublich viele Szenen und Subkulturen, prominente wie Madchester Rave, aber auch so im Underground verhaftete wie die Artificial Intelligence Serie von Warp oder Planet Dog.

Aber auch viele prominente große Acts umarmen die Dance Szene mIt weit geöffneten Armen. Den Start macht heute die Indie-Formation The Farm, die bis 1990 als kleine Pub-Band durch die nordenglische Provinzen tingelte, ehe sie der Trend des Nordens zumindest für zwei helle Momente ins grelle Scheinwerferlicht des kommerziellen Erfolges führte. Einer dieser Momente war die heimliche Hymne des Mad-Rave zum Weihnachtsfest 1990 - „All together now“ und die andere hielt den Sommer 1990 die tanz- und feierwütige Masse bei Laune: „Groovy train“.

Groovy Train 25th Anniversary We started recording Groovy Train in the summer of 1990 shortly after our critically acclaimed cover of Stepping Stone.  It wasn’t our first choice as the follow up single to The Monkees cover but in hindsight it should’ve been. We had actually gone into the Liquidator Studios on Caledonian Rd with our producers Suggs of Madness and DJ Terry Farley to record a song…
