Top five nights out?
lol as if you remember those night out.
anyway is no particular order.
-Last weekend in Dublin because I got to see so many of my friends, especially those I don’t see very often usually only at cons, and it was filled with so many cuddles. Loved it.
-My friend Katies birthday 2013, tbh I don’t remember much of the night at all but the theme for the party was Film Characters so naturally I was dressed as David Bowie from the Labyrinth, woke up covered in duct tape and with various objects stuck to me.
-(Bunching a few together here) My first few nights out in Belfast when going to uni as that was the first time I lived close to a city where I didn’t have to leave super early, also had some amazing nights out to bars and clubs I never would have to to before.
-2010 Comedy night in Mandella hall, hosted by Darra O Brien. We managed to get in early that night so claimed a table right in front of the stage. During the half time break all my mates went to the loo or to get more drink. I stayed at the table to no one would take it but these guys were talking so long that the show started again before they got back. During the break however I got so bored that I started stacking plastic cup into a pyramid, disassembling it, reassembling it in a more complex manner. I think I ended up with about 30 cups, one at the base which flared out to 5 with each second layer having cups laid horizontally each second layer (I got really bored) When Dara came out, he immediately spotted me and said “Let me guess, you’re an architecture student.” We had a bit of banter there and then and it was good.
- Eirtakon 2010 Friday night (I think?) Was staying in the travel lodge with a former friend, but I decided to go arcoss the road at about 10pm to get some pizza at a place called Little Caesars . After I ordered my food I sat in the window sill making little origami swans an things out of the menu’s there (I used to be really into origami.) After about 15 minutes these 3 other people waltz in and are looking over the menu when one of them reads a side dish out and says “What the hell is crazy bread?” without a second thought I jump in, from the cornor of ther room and say “Oh don’t you know? It;s bread made by a mad man. He had loaves for hands and he spends all day every day making up dough… when he’s not killing poeple for the sause that is”. I must have gone on for 5 straight minutes on the random story as if I were that creepy guy at the back of the room in Jaws who says he’ll kill the shark. Anyway, these stragners I was rambeling too were pissing themselves laughing when our food came all together (don’t know why mine took so long) but they said “We like you, you’re coming mack to our room and we’re going to keep you.” So I did and we spent the night dancing, eating pizza and singing (and acting out) Disney songs. That was one of the best nights ever and the first night with the best friends I ever have.
