so i went to infinite's first world tour concert yesterday and it was pretty awesome!!!!
me and my sister carpooled with a couple of my friends to sjsu around 5 pm ish, since all of us had reserved seating. some of my friends had already gone earlier, one at 9 am because she had pit and the others just to get hyped up LOL.
i had the day off from school because it was veteran's day, so me and my family went shopping and i wasn't really excited yet but then BAM IT REACHED 4 PM and suddenly i was super excited and jumpy and i really wanted to get going.
so yes. picked up the frands, then drove to sjsu event center, where there were a lot of people lining up already. first i found abs and anet and cut hohohoho but it doesn't matter because reserved seating. then i went to find pit friend to get the 'with' and 'dongwoo happy birthday' banners. then she told us that people were selling glowsticks for $10 dollars and i got super excited because i had missed the preorder deadline, and by the time i went to order them online, stock was all out. the girl selling them told us to come back in 20 minutes, and if they still had some, they would sell them to us, since they didn't know if there were still people who had preordered them coming. i ended up getting one heh AND I WAS SO HAPPY THAT WAS ALL I WANTED. ;~; i screamed and jumped and pretty much made a fool of myself but i'm just getting started ohoh the concert hasn't even started yet.
then commenced the waiting for the people to let us in. we camped out like hobos lol and i ate my dinner. my little group was also unfortunately sitting in front of a construction site/sewage, and it smelled like fish. :[ gross.
then bathroom adventure!!!! me and my sister went to pee because we didn't want to pee in our pants during the concert (didn't work we had to pee within the first 30 minutes anyway sigh). we walked alllll the way to the library where people told us we had to cross the street since you can't get in anywhere unless you have a student id but we were like ....we gon get lost and it was dark and sketch and so we like f that and turned back BUT THEN I SPOTTED A SMALL BUILDING AND A RESTROOM INSIDE IT and we slipped in after a student LOL and used the little bathroom yeyyy. yah and i got my monthly gift that morning and screamed because unfair so i also didn't want to. bleed. on people. during the concert.
at 7 security started letting us in, and people started screaming and people in the back were like wat??? calm down :|||| they weren't very civilized apparently. but they didn't let us bring in water or food and i didn't hide it very well so my water and pizza flavored goldfish got thrown out. :| i am still annoyed about that. my goldfish. sigh.
so then we found our seats. section 17 row j . it's pretty close to the stage!!!! i was really surprised at how small the event center was. the screen was right above us too and it was showing really hd mvs. *__* (they showed jin's gone mv and xiumin and i screamed it was rly embarrassing)
people were already singing along to the mvs but i was trying to save my voice. we took pictures and stuff. oh yeah there was one empty seat next to my friend, and an old white lady came and sat down. alone. it was pretty hilarious hahaha. also it turns out they closed down section 17 behind us??? because our friends got moved closer and i was kinda sad because we didn't but it didn't really matter (this will be relevant later).
mmmm yes and then when the destiny mv showed, the lights went out and people started screaming and the concert started!!!!!! it was pretty awesome infinite started out with destiny. and i could see them without binoculars or anything!!! and they were real!!! and very good looking. :| everyone was just kind of singing along and we all forgot the fanchants yeah lol. oh and we happened to be sitting next to the speakers so our ears were also blown out within a couple minutes lol.
they did a couple of songs (and there was one interval where they had silouette stripping hohohoho) and then they stopped to talk to us. so sweaty lol. it was pouring down their faces wow. also they talked in english!! and i don't know why but when they talk in english all their voices go up and become nasally. esp hoya. it was really cute though, even if it was scripted (i see you teleprompter, i see you). i don't really remember what they said, but sungjong did aegyo AND HE'S SO CUTE. oh lol also in paradise all of them had wifebeaters but sungjong he had a tshirt it was funny. (but yes. paradise. yeahhhhh)
then they had to go change and they started solo stages. yeahhh i started filming some stuff at this point and yeahhh i should not film fancams. :| sungyeol and sungjong went first and then infinite h. we held up dongwoo's birthday banners during special girl.
then they cut to a HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE MV LOL. it was pretty amusing. then they started in the summer and people started screaming and we were like what???? turns out infinite was circling around the center and me and sis were like !!!! and ok there were stairs next to our seats luckily and we ran down (lol no one stopped us ok) and i caught a glimpse of sunggyu. half of infinite went one way and the other half went the other way so we got to see dongwoo, sungyeol and sungjong. dongwoo was first, he's kind of short guys like 5'6", and I TOUCHED HIM HOHOHOHO. his skin is very smooth and it was pretty tan. very pretty skin. :| didn't grab because i didn't want to be rude so i just lightly tapped him im pretty sure he didn't even notice. and then he stood there in the corner and waved and he's so cute ;~;. i tried to take a picture of him he was so close AND THEN MY CAMERA RAN OUT OF MEMORY GOODNESS. then they started throwing stuff to the fans AND GUYS YOUR THROWING SUCKS. pretty much only the pit got stuff they couldn't throw so far :[.
yeah then they sang some more and at this point my throat was really scratchy because i was screaming so much wow. more solo stages!!!! myungsoo serenaded a bear it was gr9. (except when they were in the back of the stage i couldn't really see because it was blocked by sound equipment).
yeah so i replaced my memory card real quick. this is the only nice picture i got. wow it's like fansite quality guys wow. and i filmed sunggyu's 60 seconds and it was gorgeous ;~; except my fancam is super embarrassing because you can hear me so. then infinite came back out and derped while waiting for sunggyu to finish changing. they would speak korean and there wasn't any translator for most of the concert so everyone was pretty much like ??? wat?? and then screamed anyway. and sometimes their english wasn't understandable but we were like ok!!!! and screamed anyway. yeah. lots of screaming.
then they sang a couple slow songs. (me and my sis sat down to rest lol we'd been jumping up and down for awhile). and we got the fanchants down for one song aw yiss!!! they're pretty good live actually. quite solid.
then they changed again and did a bunch of title songs AND YEAH EVERYONE WAS QUITE PUMPED. at this point me and sis weren't even in our seats anymore we were just on the stairs closer to the stage. we both screamed like banshees at BTD and i screamed like a banshee at chaser because that is my favorite song like no jokeeee :|||.
then they left for a long time and people were like ??? and i saw encore on the teleprompter so i think we were supposed to shout encore? but i have the feeling a lot of people there didn't know what to do in terms of concerts so lol. but people started cheering infinite so that was something. then infinite came back out (they had a pretty awesome storyline going on in the vcrs sm learn from woollim learnnn) and did come back again and i lost it i don't even know what i was doing anymore. after hysterie they talked to us for a long timeee and it was great. it was all very cheesy ("YOU'RE MY PRINCESSES!! LOVELY BABIES", etc.) but some of it wasn't scripted so yayyy. dongwoo said visit weird ("vee-sit") and everyone laughed but HE'S SO CUTE HE KEPT LAUGHING. and then pit started singing happy birthday (i heard this later) and so he went 'happy birthday to me!!!' aw so cute my sister was going 'dongwoo stop!!!' she couldn't take it. there was one point where dongwoo was like "thank you, ladies and gentlemen" and then emphasized gentlemen it was amusing lol.
myungsoo was the closest to our side so i saw his face a lot. *_* it was a nice face. sungjong was also there! and he looked over so i jumped up and down and waved my glowstick and i think he smiled at me but i'm not sure. :|
then with, the last song. and i held up the banner they gave us. lots of confetti. yes. it was really pretty and ethereal though. then they walked around and bowed for a long time, which was nice. and then. it was over. and i cried. (no i didn't) (i cried on the inside)
so yeah i hope i didn't forget anything. the concert was super awesome and even though i didn't get a lot in terms of interaction it was still super fun. though my throat was sore after. at least i didn't lose my voice. got home at like 11:30 and conked out. but the concert was really great and what i hoped it would be. i hope infinite comes back!!!

edit: so apparently when infinite was in sj/sanfran they went to valley fair aka the only decent mall closest to our area on sunday. and me and my sister and mom went on monday. MONDAY. FUUUUUUUUU
