Your looking at 200lbs exact. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Feeling heavy, strong, full... but a wee bit on the fluffy side with appetite decreasing and energy levels moderate on a good day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Long term goal in mind, potential 4-6 week mini cut soon for abit of a ‘clean up’ and re-sensitise to food/get appetite back. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Been gaining on a specific program for 18 weeks straight and the size and strength I’ve gained in that time I am pretty dam happy with. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ To say I’m happy with how I look would be a lie, but I mean who does actually like the way they look... especially while gaining tissue.
