Accessorising again to spice up my work day- new temporary tattoos, and gold face gems to match today’s earring + necklace combo!! Still loving that I can actually wear whatever I want to at this job haha, my last job was so strict and had a uniform so getting complete freedom is wonderful 🌈
It’s been a slow Tuesday, it’s freezing cold and I’ve been eating all day to keep my energy up 🔥 getting some boring stuff out the way this evening, then I’ll finish up tonight with one of my favourite short workout/stretch sessions!
I’m not a fan of the title but it’s a really nice session to tire yourself out for a good sleep, and the yoga at the end is so soothing! The affirmations are pretty cheesy and some are plain weird but I always feel so relaxed and content by the end so I can really recommend it 👍

After a long pause due to chronic illness yadda yadda yadda I am carefully starting to work out again. Today I went for this very short and very fun dance party because I was dancing to music through my flat already anyway. This one is meant to be about fun and feeling your body, not so much burning calories or getting your steps in. So ideal to start with after a break I think. (I also gotta be careful with the current heat wave and all that...)
