Just one, Amanda/Sarek. I think a great part of why I ship those two but not any other het ship is that their relationship dynamics - particularly as created by fans - are so close to those between Kirk and Spock.

I've read A/S fics where if you changed the names and pronouns, you'd have the perfect K/S fic. And I mean this is a good way, because it gives a solid kick in the posterior to gender roles and ditto stereotypes when you literally can't tell if a part is written for a "woman" or for a "man", which is what I'm all about..

V - Are you one of those fans who can’t watch anything without shipping?

I suppose it very much depends on how emotionally involved I get in what I watch, but if and when I do get involved yeah I usually end up shipping someone. Not necessarily sexually or romantically - I have as many BrOTPs as OTPs, if not more.
