The Belle Brigade are the brother-sister duo of Ethan and Barbara Gruska and they play the kind of joyous folk, that will put a smile on your face. Their song, "Sweet Louise" is such a lovely dose of someone who just fell in love, and obviously wants to share it with the whole word. This is sweet Cali folk pop at it's finest. The band recently played a month long residency at Spaceland and are starting to get a nice following. Barbara actually used to drum for Jenny Lewis, which is fantastic in my book.

Their debut album will be out April 19th.
