I decided it’s time to proudly display “non-binary” in my description.

I've actually been confident about being non-binary for a while now, following my previous posts where I expressed some doubts: (1) (2). I wanted to update my description, but I felt like I needed a bit more determination until I took this silly ABO test. 😆

Some of you know I’m currently in a phase of obsessionally reading omegaverse fanfics. I stumbled upon this test while Googling information about omegaverse, and the results were quite intriguing…

The top two results in my composition were Male Alpha at 44.44% and Female Omega at 35.56%. In other words, I’m composed of the most masculine and most feminine genders. Even though my biological sex is female, my inner male surpasses my female side…

…Yeah, I know it’s just a silly test, but seeing the actual numbers solidified my feelings. I can genuinely relate to this result as well, which has given me the confidence to update my description!

After confirming that I’m non-binary, I feel happier and more self-assured.

It’s like… there were certain behaviors of mine I couldn’t fully understand and even tried to suppress. Now, I can finally put a name to them. I must admit that “naming” something is powerful, once you can name it, the fear of the unknown starts to fade away.

I feel like there’s a boy inside me who has been neglected for too long, and as soon as I acknowledged him, he began to grow rapidly, becoming stronger each day. I've also started to better access my male-female switch. I can choose which side to express according to the circumstances. It’s hard for others to understand how I really feel when I switch back and forth, but let’s just say it’s FUN! I now see the world from entirely new perspectives, and I LOVE it! 🥰

For the record, my romantic interest is still men, which means I’m straight but also a GAY. I think that’s only fair, given that I've always wanted my favorite characters to be gay. Now I’m one too! 🤣

LGBT people in Russia have been recognized as an "extremist movement" since today.

Due to the closed session, the entire verdict is unknown to us. It is still unclear what kind of symbols will be banned. For sure it will be a pride flag. Which organizations are recognized as extremist, we will also find out much later.

Journalists were not allowed into the courtroom before the decision was made. They [The Supreme Court of Russia] explained it as the "secret" stamp. They didn't say why it was secret.

Im watching bones and all and the scene with Jake and Brad makes me go absolutely feral. The disgust and fear from Maren, the casual curiosity from Lee. The joy and excitement in their voices as Brad and Jake talk about their first meeting.

I love Cannibalism as a metaphor for queer love, especially in a setting were the cannibalism is a compulsion, something they have to do. It’s something that feels so natural and yet so looked down on.

I have been in Maren’s position before, listening to people talk about their experiences with people of the same sex, enjoying their bodies… something I had been taught was wrong and sinful. I ran away from that first conversation too but now I have had people in my life that I have taken bites out of and they have taken bites out of me.
