Guerro! Oeuvre de la mort, mort entraînant les guerriers, Valère Bernard, 1895
I wonder if the atoms that created you knew they’d be making a remarkable human?
Did they know you’d bring so much light to a world that would have grown ever darker without you?
I wonder if as you became a living soul,
And your cells started to form,
If they knew how much energy you would use
To fix broken things?
Did your heart know how full of pure love it would be one day?
The first breath you took,
Did it know that it was giving life to such an amazing person who would take the breath away from all who came in contact with you?
Your eyes,
Are they the color of the most beautiful summer storm,
Because they knew you would be the best kind of wild?
Did they know they would captivate multitudes and keep them trapped in an amazing downpour?
I wonder if your hair is as golden as the sun because it is part of making you,
A literal piece of heaven on earth?
Did the universe know what a blessing it was making when it made you?
Queen of the south
Just watched the latest episode and omg In tears. Guerro broke my heart 💔! I ship jeresa but these two really did love each other and guerro was the first person to ever really truly love Teresa and make her feel loved! He was being tortured for EIGHT MONTHS and still stayed loyal to Teresa!
