ik why tumblr perpetuates the idea that the food you eat literally doesn't matter, but god damn. sometimes??? it sure fucking do. . sometimes you really are deficient in The Vitamin and mega-corpsefully lacking in protein. fun fact btw babes that adding more protein to your diet can fucking. make adhd SO much easier to deal with for some people. also drink more water. dehydration fucks with your brain so so so much. drink water. drink protein shakes. little treats will NOT kill you but be aware when eating. three ice cream sandwiches might give you a migraine for a whole entire day. just real good idea to track how your body specifically responds to certain foods so you can induldge with Knowledge. but also its SO much better to eat dogshit than to eat nothing at all so dont starve yourself eithger. this has been public serviei announcment. im going to go find some darkness

tbh I'm kindof just tossing ideas around the divorcing thing was when it was still just Pim (until I thought abt them all being underwater) the kid thing? probably never be seen again- uhmm😭 (or give the kid to Charlie idk)
