"The Law’s purpose is to promote personal and societal flourishing. Just as a loving parent lays down ground rules for his child to follow to lead a safe and successful life, God the Father gave us the Ten Commandments to help us lead our best lives with regard to our relationship with Him and our relationship with each other. The first four Commandments deal with our relationship with God, and the last six Commandments deal with our relationship with one another. The New Testament affirms that the Ten Commandments are still essential laws that should govern a Christian’s life today. The Ten Commandments serve not only as a moral code of conduct for today’s Christian but as a stark reminder that we are all in need of a Savior because no one can perfectly abide by all of the Commandments all of the time."

INTRODUCTION
In recent years, humanity has faced unprecedented global crises, from climate change to geopolitical conflicts and the widening gap between rich and poor. It is imperative that all of us come together in a united effort to overcome these challenges. The Secretary-General of the UN, Mr. António Guterres, warned that the “greatest cascade of crises” and the “breakdown in trust” are threatening world peace and security. “2024 must be a year for rebuilding trust and inspiring hope”, Secretary-General Guterres continues to advocate for peace, human rights, and global cooperation, emphasizing the importance of conscience in shaping our collective future.
Distinguished leaders will convene to deliberate on innovative strategies for addressing pressing global challenges and urgent issues with reference to the violent and deadly conflicts in different parts of the world. We wish to cordially invite leaders to deliver a 3-minute speech that emphasizes the sharing of experiences, insights, and visions that foster a collaborative spirit that transcends borders.
