guildedparadox replied to your post “I just got to the book club episode, and I have to say that hearing a...”
what is this from?
Hello From The Magic Tavern, it’s about a guy from Chicago who fell through an inter-dimensional portal behind a Burger King and ended up in a magical fantasy world, from which he does weekly podcasts.
I made a post about its pros and cons here if you’re interested.
The book club episode comes well into the podcast, and I’d recommend listening for at least a while before listening to it A lot of the jokes build on the dynamic of the characters, and in addition to the main cast there are three people in the book club who were introduced in previous episodes: Flower, Claudia the Witch and Metanoid Smanghanger the homunculus
im elfkin, but i'm very new to the otherkin scene. when i looked up elfkin, i got a bunch of specific types of elfkin and i'm just? DnD type elf, i guess (with swiveling ears and a tail, like some of The Adventure Zone elves are drawn). like a bunch of stuff i looked up has elven culture and ceremonies and such and im not into that? like i can just be elfkin without being in a certain community, yeah?
You don’t have to be a part of any specific community in the same way being a witch doesn’t mean you have to celebrate the Celtic holidays and join a coven. You could, if you wanted to, but it’s up to you.
If you’re just a regular old elf, then you are. Nobody can be angry at you for that.

But does Kravitz know what sexual swinging is?? Does anyone tell him??
I want to say of course he does because he is very old and necromancers are the kinkiest dnd class but i also want to say no because i want taako to tell him
Hey Ya’ll
if you play D&D or have ever used Orcpub, you’ll have found out soon enough that Wizards of the Coast has cut off a lot of information in Orcpub due to copyright issues.
Orcpub is an amazingly detailed character creation studio that also function as a storage space for character and party sheets, as well as homebrew weapons, spells, and backgrounds. It is a huge gateway for new players that are daunted by the several books and have no idea where to start with character creation.
Right now, Orcpub has a change.org petition going in order to have Wizards of the Coast give them full licensing access, even if it ends up being subscription.
Please, if you can, sign the petition, and signal boost this.

Apollo is one of my faves too he’s such a babe??? He’s the Golden Boy?? And Freya is so so so badass I can’t even
you know what FUCKING SUCKS
I love learning. See, I have always loved learning about almost literally anything; cultures, animals, physics, chemicals, math, electricity, etc: I just loved knowing things, and how things worked.
Until I hit middle school. The further in school I got, the more afraid and anti-learning I became. By the time I hit middle school, I was wary of going even a little off topic, of asking curious questions. By the time I hit high school, I didn’t ask at all, and the only learning I did was about the worlds of my favorite media. By the time I hit high school, I rejected all things learning, as did most of my peers, to the point where if something, maybe a flyer or poster or ad, said anything having the words “teach” or “learn” most of us would steer clear.
I’ve now been out of high school for a few months. I have, on my own, started to look up things that I’m interested in, that I would have never touched in school. Not 10 minutes ago, I realized that I actually love to learn -- and that I had completely forgotten that. It’s only out of the toxic school environment that I could even register that I wanted to be taught anything, because everything associated with teaching, in my mind, was just Stress Stress Stress Anxiety Stress. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I’m allowed to make mistakes, that there is no test.
It fucking sucks, FUCKING SUCKS, that the shitty American school system suppressed my want to learn for a good 7 years. It sucks that I’m having to relearn that it’s ok, and GOOD, to ask questions. I hate that it did this to me.
Please consider: Elf ears can be popped inside out like dog or cat ears. Taako wakes up but doesn't notice but,, Kravitz does and he's d y i n g
lmao
