Some days feel a lot like losing. Some days feel like movement but you're not sure what direction you're going or if you've been there before. This day, ages ago, probably 7 lifetimes ago, I wanted to check my new straplocks on my new guitar in the yard. I had my roommate with a borrowed camera ready to capture the perfect 360 spin around the body. Well.. life and guitar spins don't always go as planned, and that guitar ended up about 20 feet away with a couple grass stains and a story to tell for the rest of it's life. It's currently holed up with Daniel Huiting, I think? It was the 1st Les Paul I ever bought and that simple purchase has put a lot more things in motion than I could have imagined. I still use straplocks, but haven't really ever been able to fully trust them. I think they'll understand. Stay amazing, let 2017 wash over you like only a new year can. **
