New fallout oc for a ttrpg my brothers friend is running

He’s an enclave scientist who loaded his brain into a robobrain. Unfortunately when the oil rig was destroyed so was his robot body. His brain survived and he had to improvise. The gulper still has at least part of its brain so he only has partial control over it. He hasn’t been having a good time tbh.
