currently workshopping a Fallout 5 or Fallout TTRPG concept that takes place in Louisiana, featuring:
an aptly named “Old Orleans” that is half-underwater and has turned into a thriving city (at least by wasteland standards)
Vault 42, the holy vault! Carrying out their God-given mission to resettle the wasteland
a struggle between wastelanders and vault 42 dwellers as they both struggle to control Old Orleans
Vault 42 using their G.E.C.K. to forest-ify half of the city basically and calling it Eden
the regional BoS who still abide by the Elder and Sarah Lyons’ legacy and morals to the best of their ability, rather than falling into line with the new wave of the Brotherhood brought on by Elder Maxson
an underwater vault (since the one for Fallout 4 was scrapped! smh)
a jazz singer and band that the player would be able to join ??
settlements built out of old churches, plantations, diners, schools, etc.
southern hospitality still being around despite the literal apocalypse happening
really if this gets any amount of attention i might not shut up about this. i have so many ideas. foaming at the mouth rn
