as much as I love court being Rylands older brother and as much as I am sure someone else has thought of this

is there any possible world where Courtland is Lars and Gus's brother? Older than Lars, younger than Gus. Sure we can throw the Coltland twins in there too but no matter what, Lars is the youngest of the group.

I mean we KNOW Court has a younger brother who used to get it bad from their dad. We also know Lars had a tough relationship with his dad, who never wanted him around. He resented him for his mother dying. Gus left as soon as possible, it could've been one of the catalyst events for Court deciding to kill their dad.

While it's not necessarily realistic I can imagine a world where Lars stays in the house even after court gets arrested and gets enough help from the entire town that he survives and doesnt go to an orphanage or foster care. This is part of the reason the town loves him so much.

I know people love their transfem Lars Lindstrom (me included) but can we please consider transmac Lars who looks up to Gus as a man

Thinking about how Lars and the Real Girl is set in 2007. I am the same age as Karin and Gus’s baby, and I graduated from high school last week.

I (understandably) never see this concept explored, but after watching Lars and the Real Girl a small part of me wondered what would happen if after everything, something still went wrong during Karin's delivery.

But I love the lindstrom family so much that thinking about it for more than 2 minutes made me want to keel over
