I'm tired as hell of Guts fan boys and fangirls literally dehumanizing Griffith and victimizing Guts in literally every situation. And for what reason exactly? Y'all trying to make Berserk as boring as possible?

The facts is, Berserk world was always fucked up and that has nothing to do with Griffith.

Many people including Guts himself were raped, people were killed, the rich people were getting richer, the poor was getting poorer and the royalties were all selfish manipulative corrupted bastards

This is Berserk's world and none of this had anything to do with Griffith.

The fact is , Guts was nothing but a random mercenary whose only job was killing random people with no purpose outside of money.

Had Griffith not existed, Guts would've lived a pathetic boring ass lonely life for an eternity. Griffith took Guts in the same way he took all the band in.

Griffith also saved Casca for absolutely no reason outside of just wanting to. He had zero reasons to do that but he did.

And anyone who says Griffith was "manipulative" to her in that scene is trying way too hard to villainize Griffith even when there's zero evidence behind their stances. Griffith did that because he was genuinely a good person in the midst of all the corruption

He made the band of the Hawks and turned these people into a strong family

If Guts can kill 100s of men in a battle then Griffith can make thousands of men follow him into the battlefield and I find that to be much more badass no matter what any Guts fanboy or fangirl say!

Griffith is clever, charismatic and political in a way no other character is!

Whether people realize it or not, Griffith was truly a light in the times of darkness and it was never fake or manipulative. Griffith genuinely cared for these people no matter how much he tried not to.

Griffith said a lot of words about "friendship" and how much people "belonged to him" but we know his words are fake when he literally almost dies just to save Guts and lets himself get raped just so that he wouldn't send his men to die for him

No matter what any of you say, Griffith would've never made the sacrifice had he not been in the literal worst situation possible, losing his ability to walk, talk and basically do anything besides observing.

And even after a year of torture, he still needed to be manipulated by the God hand to think his men "want to" die for him to get a kingdom

Anyone who says otherwise is either someone who have not truly read the manga or is simply a biased Guts fanboy who self insert onto Guts way too much to try and appreciate Berserk characters for how they truly are.

The only exception to this rule is Griffith throwing himself at Casca , potentially to feel like he had some authority and even that scene was after a whole year of torture and Griffith at his lowest.

And I am saying this right now, Femto is not Griffith. Femto is supposed to be "Griffith after he lost his humanity" (manga's words not mine) so obviously I consider Femto raping

(Also Miura has a weird fetish with sex scenes which doesn'tend with Griffith and includes Guts and other characters- like Guts SA Casca- which makes me question all the sex scenes in the manga)

Anyways this is my rant. Take it or leave it. I am not going to let the world lecture me about which fictional characters I am supposed to like or dislike or how I am supposed to enjoy fiction in general
