what's a big bang?

its sort of like an explosion of New Content both in the art and writing department like. so first a bunch of fic writers start planning and drafting their fics. once they have like. a first draft done they sort of send those out and show them to the artists that presumably would have also signed up for this beforehand. during that time artists can claim which fics theyd like to draw for and once thats done and the artists and writers are paired up they all work a bit longer and once its over all the fics and all the art is released!! 

theres also such thing as a reverse big bang where the ARTISTS go first and then the writers choose the art theyd like to write fic about! overall its a really fun collaborative event in which fic and art sort of combine themselves and the tag is Blessed with wonderful content from everyone
