Like Thomas is clearly upstairs with Guy drinking campange. Also Guy probably paid for Thomas to get his hand fixed with plastic surgery.
So Guy is probably proud to have Thomas as his partner and isn't hiding him. Perhaps it's an open secret that all those near and dear to them know.
