Low-key actually a necro Silas. 

So, Mad King stuff has hit, and it has some neato things to try and get. 

I’m slowly, slowly shifting Silas about and working on writing up some family backhistory and the like--and her own studies as a necro, and for whatever reason, this “headpiece” skin for medium armor on her ‘I like guns and shadow magic’ self just... fits perfectly?

I dunno. Maybe it’s from all my time playing Kelari in Rift.

“Over, under, and over again,” Penny instructed, arms draped over Silas’ knees from where she sat on the floor, the airship captain scowling into the back of the other’s head and her fingers fumbled briefly with the rhythm of what strand went where. 

Thankfully, the Norn didn’t seem to mind, lulled by the idle play with her hair. 

“Think of it like a rabbit trying to avoid a leopard.”

“… You’d think working a ship I’d already know how to fucking braid with all the knots I already know,” the smaller woman groused, then sighed, gently combing her fingers through the failed attempt. 

“It’s important,” Penny nodded. “How else will you manage a proper love knot in the future?”

“A what?”

The Norn laughed.
