day 3:
Have to say, this goes really well!
I’m on day 3 and I’m eating around 500 kcal and i’m feeling great
I think it’s going better this time around since I’m eating warm dinners (soups and stuff) and skipping the shakes. I’m mixing it up a bit and still keeping it within the “allowed” kcal limit (maximum 800 kcal to count as a VLCD - my personal limit is 600 - this way i’m allowed to eat more if I want... don’t ask me how I think...)
