I dreamed that Mickey, Donald, and Goofy all lived in a house with me. But the mood was somber because Minnie Mouse was dead.

Minnie had just recently died, and Mickey was devastated. He wouldn’t eat and barely spoke to anyone.

Donald was also upset because Daisy had dumped him. Even though they had broken up dozens of times in the past and always got back together, he acted like this was equally bad as Mickey’s situation.

Meanwhile Goofy was doing just fine.

Mickey kept saying there were so many things he never got to tell Minnie, so finally one day I grab him and take him to a private room and say, “Look, you need to let these things out. So we’re gonna play pretend. I’m Minnie. I’ve come back to life for two minutes. Use that time to say whatever you want to say to me.”

So he does, and he’s sobbing and crying but he gets all these words out, and I don’t remember anything he said and I think even in the dream I didn’t listen to him because the words weren’t “for” me. And at the end, he asked if Minnie had any sort of message for him so I said something that I don't remember, and afterward he was much better.

And Donald overheard this and decided he wanted to do the same thing, even though Daisy was completely alive and would probably get back together with him in a week or so. So he dragged Goofy into a room and asked him to be Daisy so he could say all his words to her. And Donald was extremely emotional, but everything he said was completely incomprehensible because he’s Donald Duck.

Then at the end he asked Goofy to give him a message from Daisy and Goofy didn’t know what to say, so he said the first thing he could think of that fit Donald.

And after he said it, Donald got furious and did one of those Donald Duck tantrums and stormed out of the house. And it turned out what Goofy had said to him was, “You will commit a misdemeanor.”

Lmao marvel rant heh-

i think that they seriously glossed over Steve’s like healing journey and struggles with ptsd and it robbed him of some important character development:/

like even before the war, he was kinda fucked up. his dad was canonically abusive (in the comics) and his mother died when he was 19, not to mention that he was severely bullied and sick and shit

then he joined the war effort and had all the normal bouts of war trauma AND THEN had to watch his best friend die. he tried to get drunk after that, which, makes sense. but he couldn’t. following that, we see his first instance of reckless endangerment with the plane. he’s not actively tryna kill himself or anything, he just didn’t care.

BUT THEN it doesn’t work and he’s dumped into the future no warning and forced to adjust when all the war shit happened like last tuesday for him so he’s still fresh from that and in an entire new millennia, still grieving and completely out of his depth.

it’s obvious that it still effects him and we see this in the first avengers film when he’s flashing back while beating up the punching bag and within that, we see a glimpse of him in the ice. that’s a memory, so he has some awareness off those 70 years, which, sucks.

we see more forms of reckless endangerment (jumping out of a plane, no parachute. etc.) and then he finds out that his best friend didn’t die which yay! but now he’s a brainwashed assassin who tries to kill him the first time he sees him and doesn’t recognize steve.

steve was goin thru some serious SHIT. they addressed tonys shit, but not steve’s? robbed that character development
