A little update :) I'm still probably gonna not be super active for periods on here. I apologise for all the sad posting, life is still quite heavy but I'm doing better. I hit a 2x body weight bench finally after around 2 years of training. Im lighter now and overall it's not a PR in all time weight however it puts me in the 'elite' category and that makes me pretty happy :) I knew I had it in me but it was a tough journey and sometimes I wondered if I could not do it. I did my first ever muscle up omg. That was so nice too :) I've been getting really strong at pull ups, I can do 20 body weight ones, around 10 with 10-15kg on and 5ish with 20kg. can do 40kg chin ups and moving up to 45kg chin ups next time :) It's nice having something like that to focus on in these times. The last 24 months have been so tough I haven't PR in the gym for so long so it was just something positive :) The end goal is 160kg bench at Christmas :) and hopefully be able to rep 140kg for 5. I am training squats too but im not sure how they will go.
