I do appreciate the acknowledgement of every phase of our existence in the new opening scene. For once our systemhood feels acknowledged in canon - we can pinpoint every one of these images as one of our alters and it's really comforting. We exist. We are here.

the Garden has been a nightmare. I finally broke and told one of the two we've been keeping in the dark, and an outerworld friend too. Our inner world is a revolving illusion of our worst memories; I know not what to do. Our friend is an energy worker- perhaps he may have some advice for us. I hope it stops soon; I cannot keep doing this much longer.

Therapy today, for the first timr. This should be interesting - where do we even start? I hope we can switch out so Pure Vanilla can talk. I didn't experience a lot of the troubles we went through.

I spent a lot of time meditating in the shower today. (the shower is strange- I must remember I will not crumble from the water.) Sensory deprivation is important to spiritual growth, I think- that is why I bound my eyes and my staff so long ago. Without my sight, I feel more in tune with myself and the universe around me. I must work on finding a balance between sight and darkness.
