Look at that. I actually got up out of bed without complaint and ran a mile on the treadmill.
Stretched afterwards. Did a few core work things and got on with my morning.
I am a bit sore for the squats and lunges yesterday. Ooof I’m so out of shape. But how’s the time to get back at it finally. Training for IM Wisconsin starts end of February. So time to really start getting myself in gear so I’m not at zero by then.
