Had the worst week on my diet ever!!! Did not track all week and literally ate everything in sight. I also chickened out and didn’t go to my Ww meeting. I’m not even sure what triggered having such a bad week as started it off with a shopping trip to buy new (smaller) clothes so you would think that would encourage me to keep going! Been baking plenty this week and have a few recipes to put up when I get round to it including the recipe I used for my sisters birthday cake. This weeks project on the house has been the garden my husband got a Karcher for Father’s Day so we’ve been cleaning up the patio!
