Haddo House Go Gluten Free

Took at trip to the lovely grounds of Haddo House out between Oldmeldrum and Methlick in Aberdeenshire, which is looked after by the National Trust for Scotland, yesterday. Normally I would need to go somewhere else to eat, but I was delighted to discover items on the menu of the tea rooms that were gluten and dairy free, including bread and cake. I had a gorgeous bowl of sweet potato soup, a tuna sandwich and a cranberry flapjack. Loads on the plate and very tasty. I hugged the chef. Thank you Haddo House team for bringing on board a chef that’s on it for those of us out there that want to enjoy the full experience of visiting your beautiful place.
