Hermit-a-Day May #8 - Xisuma

Xisuma!! This was crammed in between final projects, but like? I'm super proud of it?? I was not expecting to draw his helmet that well, considering it's been over a year since I tried, but I actually ended up with something I really like!!

Also I'm super proud of both, so y'all get lineart and flats for this one!

HADM 14: Outfit swap

xB and Keralis share one wardrobe between them. Because xB was Keralis's first experience with humans, when changing to look like one, Keralis essentially ended up a very similar size and shape to him. He also didn't really have access to clothes, not even Watcher robes, as he didn't have a physical form to fit into it. So, xB let Keralis wear his clothes, and Keralis shares any clothing he buys with xB, and they ended up with a shared wardrobe.

Even their most typical outfits are shared. And, since the other hermits aren't fully aware of their sharing situation, there's ended up being a comical number of times another hermit will double take as seeing Keralis walking around in xB's black and turquoise hoodie, and xB in a hawaiian shirt.

Hermit-a-Day May #9 - MCC Hermit Takeover (Favorite Event)

Look, I just wanted an excuse to draw their MCC skins!! I think I got way too overambitious with it, thus part of the reason why I'm behind now, but nonetheless!

Anyway, fun little headcanons for these skins!

A lot of teams commissioned their outfits from folks outside the server! Since the hermits are generally a closed off group, some of their lesser known members got looks that didn't fully suit them.

Hypno leaned hard into the frat guy look entirely for the bit.

Wels' team really wanted him to feel welcome during the event, so on Zed's recommendation they decided to go with the knight outfits! Unfortunately for Wels, the genuine medieval knight, the armor ended up being cheap cosplay armor. He was not happy, but appreciated the thought.
