Will Transcribed:
The Last Will and Testament of me Frederick W. Park, now residing in the City of Rochester, Monroe County, New York.
First. I give and bequeath to my brother Alexander Waldegrave Park now residing in England the sum of One thousand pounds sterling(£1000) to be paid to him within one year after my decease if practicable, or at such period as may be convenient with regard to the condition of my Estate at that time.
Second. I give and bequeath to my friend Henry B. Warner, now of the city of San Francisco, California, the sum of Five hundred pounds sterling(£500) to be paid to him as hereinbefore provided with respect to the legacy to my said Brother
I also give to the said Henry B. Warner my Topaz Ring, now worn by me to be delivered to him as soon as practicable after my decease.
Third. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate of every name and nature I give, devise and bequeath the same unto Catherine Hester Hagen, wife of Oliver Hagen of said Rochester, for and during the term of her natural life. From and after the decease of the said Catherine Hester Hagen, on in the event of her dying before me, then I give, devise and bequeath the same residue unto her daughter Catharine Hester Banly
Fourth. I nominate, constitute and appoint the said Oliver Hagen, sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and give him full power to sell or make any other disposition of any part of my Estate for the purpose of carrying out the provisions hereof.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight.
