SO THIS GUY DEADNAMES MY FRIEND. I blow the party kazoo. people go quiet,

uses the wrong pronouns for my friend. I blow the kazoo once more.
I look back and see my teacher holding out her hand. I gladly place it in her hand, glad I stopped the guy as he quickly stopped deadnaming my friend behind his back.
the end of the lesson comes I go up to her "can I have my kazoo back?" "do you think you deserve it?" - teacher *does she want my honest opinion or should I lie?* "honestly? no. but it's mine." "you made a lot of noise and disturbed the class today I'm very disappointed *DOESNT GIVE MY SHIT BACK*" bro i sat there like "ok wtf" and almost stopped her and started ranting about me having enough of his transphobic shit and finally doing something about it but I couldn't reach her.
she's not allowed to keep my stuff for longer than 24 hours. I see her next week. you better BELIEVE I am going off on her ass about it next week.
if I get an email home my parents dont care they know i only use it for correcting these type of people.
