Random Shit post after being exhausted at work and almost crying for literally no reason aside from being tired :0
Y/n was whiny when she was tired. And I don’t just mean end of the day sleepy. I mean hasn’t slept in a while stressed but is trying to push through this day bc she knows she can sleep in tired.
When she was like this she was trying her hardest to hold in the frustrations so she could just go hone and relax.
Now im not saying he loved this side of her. In fact 9 out of 10 times he was there ready to comfort her and cuddle so she could sleep. But on rare occasions he was ready to tease her bc HE was in a great goofy mood.
Y/n walked into their apartment not having enough energy to even think about cooking. So she put the food they pulled out this morning away and laid across the couch to decide where to order take out from while slowly dozing off.
Then he walked in, in a great cherry mood after a work day for them.
“Honey!!! Where ya at” he announced himself usually seeing you cooking in the kitchen at this time. You peep yourself over the couch upset bc you couldn’t fall alseep fast enough. With your face visually saying I’m tired and I don’t wanna do anything.
“What’s wrong sugar?” He questioned with this sneaking grin on his face. He knew for the most part what was wrong. “I invited F/n over for dinner, what are we cooking?”
“I was actually thinking about take out? I can add something for him too. Is he staying long I still have a lot to dooo” you dragged out the sentence whining about how you have this and that chore to do. How you still gotta do some stuff to prepare to work tomorrow. And yadda yadda.
He laughed at you bc in his perspective you were being your usually dramatic self. And whining was just making him laugh on top of it.
“It’s not funny!!” You slap him away pushing his chest away.
“Welp come on let figure out what we want to eat” he says pulling up good and searching up their favorite sushi place. “What are you thinking?”
“I don’t know, I don’t know if I want sushi?”
Next thing you know he’s laying on top of of you suffocating you. “What do you meaannnn you don’t want sushi. We always get this take out. What do you want instead.
“I don’t know. I just know I don’t want that” She sighed.
“Well if you don’t know imma just get the usual” he chuckled through
Y/n sighed. She just wanted to relax, she didn’t want f/n to come over, she didn’t want sushi. She wanted a nap. And her boyfriend wasn’t making it easier. Then their were tears in her eyes. It felt stupid, no one really did anything. No one really hurt her but she’s just tired and frustrated. Then came the sniffle.
“Y/n?” He shifted off of you. He knew you were tired. He was hoping the joking around and snuggling you would calm you a bit. It usually does. But clearly today was different. “Baby, what is it. What’s up?”
“I’m just tired. It was a long day and I don’t wanna do any thing else. I don’t wanna exert any more energy.” A couple more tears escaped your eyes. Quickly wiping them away.
He pulled your body close. Kissing your head. “Y/n Im sorry usually me coming home brightens your whole day, I should have asked before dicking around trying to get you to forget your day” releasing you to look at your face cleary.
“No it’s dumb I’m just so tired after working so long yesterday, barley sleeping and having to work again today. It’s not your fault” she mumbled.
“Nahhhh I’ll cancel now on f/n you know I have no problem sitting here with you all night” there was the smile, no longer his sneaking up to no good smile but a genuine love for her smile. Appreciated as always y/n hugged him back agree to snuggling up to him for a perfect nap.
Lesson of the story was for him to not always assume making you laugh and being a dick when your whining is the best way to go. As much as he loves to make you whine and complain to him some days are better to just let you be a baby and he can be the one to take care of you.
