Welcome to my shower 🚿 This is the basic daily shower must have for me... 1️⃣ Fresh et Natural's Organic bar soap. This time I am using the Calm Serenity 2️⃣A wedge of fresh lime. It's ok if the skin is a little brown. The benefits are still the same. The bar soap is both for facial wash & body wash. 👱🏼‍♀️For face: Lather on hands & apply to wet skin in circular motion. Ok for eye 👁area too. 💃🏻For body: I use the underside of the bar soap to directly soap my body. The lavender flowers acts as gentle exfoliators. After rinsing, I rub the lime wedge on my underarms, groin & feet. Leave it on while I brush my teeth & shampoo my hair. Rinse off & towel dry. You will feel some citrus oils on the areas you run the lime on. It's ok. Don't soap it off. That's the good stuff. The lime deodorises & lightens. I've not used deodorants for months now.
