I know some people have talked about Eddie's Swedish heritage and my headcanon is his grandparents on that side passed when he was younger. He says his mom is Swedish but she has an American accent, maybe she moved young or her parents moved before her birth?
If you want to use Swedish terms for Eddie referring to his maternal grandparents though, I checked in why my bestie's Swedish husband for you!
In Swedish you specify which side of the family they come from so it's like saying 'mum-mum' and 'mum-dad'.
So Eddie would say Mormor for Grandma and Morfar for Grandad.
