BACK IN TIME: LADY GAGA ENJOYS AN EVENING IN HELEN YARMAK FUR COAT

Lady Gaga was photographed leaving her hotel in New York City on December 16, 2012 heading to Chicago to spend her holidays there.

Lady Gaga kept herself from the cool of the night in her favorite Helen Yarmak brown sable fur coat with leather sash and chain print silk lining. 

The songstress wore the fur coat to many private occasions and turned it into one of her go-to closet staple pieces. Wouldn’t mind one myself!

Now to her accessories. Her black oversized frames are the Celine Audrey sunglasses.

The necklace that she wore was a gift by a little monster. She matched it with a vintage aurora borealis crystal bracelet signed by Sherman Jewelry which she purchased at House of Lavande.

Red patent spiked Pigalle pointy-toed pumps from Christian Louboutin’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection provided the finishing touches.

This post is turning into a little January 2013 fashion roundup as it seems.

On January 3 Gagaloo was spotting out in Chicago wearing the aforementioned sable coat paired with the Hex cuff by Half United!

The glossy black oversized square sunglasses are the Status shades by Grey Ant ($185)...

All I Want For Christmas

Tonight I have been sentimental and reflective. Thinking about the chapters of life I have wonderfully lived and gaining new perspective on what is taking place now and the change I have seen in so many aspects of my life. 

Minimalism has done wonders for me. This past year I have done some things I never thought were really possible. This year I have done some big things. I have also decided to think big things with the little things I do. I have been so intentional. With the holidays approaching, I want to be even more intentional with my spending and giving. I have already started being more aware of where the money I spend is going. What it is supporting and who it is helping, if anyone. As I think and research more about it spending less has become easier. I don’t want to support companies who treat people poorly just because their products are easy to obtain or convenient. I don’t want to support companies that are wasteful and don’t do things I agree with.

We spend so much money and never think of who it supports or if anything good is done with it. There are so many amazing companies that give back or do something with your hard earned cash. As a creative who knows what it is like trying to support yourself, I find shopping small business, start-ups, or local is so amazing and important. You are supporting families, communities, and peoples dreams. You create joy because people are able to do things they are passionate about. You create life. 

All I want this Christmas is to support companies that support others. Who give back. Companies with products created out of passion and discontent for a situation they know they can help aid.
