(or 9 Relatable Characters)
I can’t remember if @bethanyactually or @geneeste tagged me for this - or someone else entirely.
The goal is to list 9 characters that you feel you relate to in some way or another. Mine are all female, because I’m like that.
Bright and a little geeky, but hides it pretty well. I resonate with her spirit of adventure, and her practicality that’s nevertheless mixed with a touch of whimsy/inventiveness.
Pragmatic and brooking no nonsense, doing the job that needs to be done because it needs to be done. “I’m surrounded by idiots.”
Understanding why and building bridges is as important as superior technology or knowledge, and we’re none of us going to survive if we can’t support and live with each other.
4. Guenivere (Merlin BBC)
A strong ethical core and a desire to make the world better from where she stands. Of course, Gwen is more outspoken to power than I am...
Droll and a little ruthless, taking pleasure in puncturing ego balloons - yes, I definitely relate to Ziva. Also, to some extent, I very much sympathise, because: Americans.
Impish. Thinks of new ways to look at things. Very ruthless when protecting people she loves, and more willing to go with what works than with what’s necessarily right.
Crusader for justice. Has a temper. Keeps it (mostly) in check. Wouldn’t hesitate to kill if she thought the outcome was worth it. Possibly a little intimidating. :)
Six words: “I can’t be having with this.”
Not so much her introduction of “Want. Take. Have” But after her escape from prison - one part ruthless, one part wanting approval, one part feeling more than a little desperate and more than a little frustrated with everything. Yes, I relate to this.
